TIP: Try baking kale to make simple and delicious chips that are actually good for you!
All you need is a bundle or two of kale, olive oil and salt. Make sure to wash and dry your kale and remove the leaves from the stem. Preheat your oven to 300 F. Toss the kale with olive oil and salt to taste (go light on the olive oil; a little goes a long way) then lay them out on a baking sheet for about 20 minutes or until crispy. Enjoy!
