Recipe: Summer Skin Mask

TIP:  Add a couple drops of peppermint oil or a peppermint leaf for an extra cooling effect! Now that summer is near, here is a recipe for a mask to keep your skin hydrated and cool.

Ingredients:

  • 2 tablespoons aloe vera gel or one stalk of a fresh plant 1⁄2 cucumber, chopped, seeds removed

Directions:

  • Mix together in a blender or food processor and apply the paste evenly to face.
  • Leave on for 30 minutes before washing off with warm water.
