Below are some Naturopathic basics to get you started…
WHAT TO DO GENERAL:
- Get extra rest. Best to be in bed by 10pm.
- Control negative input & media watching.
- Get a BPA free humidifier if you are in dry climate.
- Get an air purifier for your bedroom. Key if you have weak lungs.
- Calm your mind My favorite anti-anxiety brain wave music
- Increase pleasure My favorite music for beauty infusion
- Exercise. If you are in home lockdown use a video and dance.
- Diffuse rosemary or eucalyptus essential oil.
- Avoid dairy, alcohol, sugar and fried foods
- Avoid all indulgent foods for the next month.
- Scrape your tongue. This removes toxins. Copper is preferred.
- Prepare your home for quarantine.
WHAT TO TAKE IMMUNE:
- Buffered Vit. C 500mg-5000mg in split doses up to bowel tolerance.
- Vitamin D 1000-2000 i.u. More may be needed if you are deficient.
- Zinc lozenges
- Add: Bone broth and Soups. Avoid: cold food and leftovers.
- Curcumin. Also, 1/4th turmeric in hot water as a gargle for the throat.
- A strong natural anti-viral formula based on your health needs.
- Medicinal mushroom blends
WHAT TO DO MIND:
- Tulsi tea
- Rescue remedy flower essence blend
- 5 minutes minimum morning & night for silence
