TIP: Blood-Orange & Pomegranate Cranberry Sauce (Sugar-Free)
- 12 oz bag of organic cranberries
- the juice from 2 blood oranges
- seeds from 1 organic pomegranate
- 1 tsp organic vanilla extract
- zest from 1 orange
- 1/2 tsp powdered Stevia or to taste
Add the cranberries, stevia and blood orange juice to a pot. Stevia is very sweet so add slowly to desired taste. Simmer the ingredients on a low flame for 5 minutes or until they pop and start to soften. Stir in orange zest, pomegranate and vanilla. Cook for 1 more minute.
Eat warm or let cool and refrigerate to serve at room temperature.
