- Watch the way you think, jot down repeated negative thoughts & catch yourself each time you think it and replace it with a positive thought.
- Don’t spend time with people who bring you down and are overly critical. Impressions can leave a deep groove.
- Clean your surroundings. A clear environment reflects back peace to the mind.
- Spend time in Nature on a regular basis. Get a healthy dose of Sunshine daily. Go for regular outdoor walks.
