A ginger foot bath is a great way not only to relax but to help you warm up & sleep on the cool Fall & Winter nights.
Ingredients:
1-2 teaspoons of grated ginger (add more if there is more water)
Directions:
Wash your feet before doing your foot bath. Get a steel basin and fill it with semi-hot water. If you don’t have a basin, sit on the edge your bathtub and put your feet into the bathtub filled with water only enough to cover your feet. Soak for 20-30 minutes.
Moisturize your feet afterwards. Drink hot tea during your foot bath if you want to promote sweating.
