A simple way to do this, is to get a ‘moon phase’ app on your smart phone. If you live in Nature already, pay attention to the when the moon is full & go outside and take a ‘moon bath’.
If you are in the city, try to take a break and go to the water during the full moon and soak in the moonlight.
